On behalf of the Cardinal Family, welcome to John Paul II High School!
We are in the midst of a new era in Cardinal Athletics, where the expectation from our coaching staff is simple: outwork everyone.
It’s an expectation that we believe places our student-athletes in the best position for them to excel on and off the field of play. A hard-nosed, consistent work ethic is essential to their success, whether it’s on the gridiron, in the classroom, or in their own personal lives. It’s a message they hear constantly from our team of dedicated coaches.
But teaching our student-athletes how to play a game is only part of what we do.
We teach our student-athletes to develop the self-discipline to endure, trust in their teammates and coaches, become resilient in the face of failure, and exhibit humility when achieving success. As a former collegiate and professional football player, I have found that these lessons ultimately serve our student-athletes the most in their future endeavors.
It is truly a privilege for me to be a part of this Cardinal Family.
